False Advertising on Samsung Black Friday Deal

On the 29th November 2019, I purchased two Samsung S10's from the Samsung store. In the Samsung Members app, it clearly states "Samsung black friday deals. Bought a Galazy S10+, S10 or A80. Claim your samsung TV now." and on the next page, "Samsung black friday deals. Congrats on buying a Galaxy smartphone. You qualify for a TV as a part of your black friday purchase". To date I have not received the TVs and the response from <***> is that I do not qualify as I did not sign up for a new MTN contract.

This is clearly false advertising.

Further to this, the insert in the box which housed the phone has the Samsung Care + advertised for R1260.00. However, I had to pay R1499.00 for it. Once again it is false advertising.
