False Advertising- Gear VR

I must say, I am rather angry that a company like Samsung string people along by falsely stating that you get a gear VR WITH your s7.<br> <br> On 11 March 2016 I bought my s7 after pre ordering it with Vodacom. I registered to redeem my gear VR and I would receive a confirmation email. Still today, no confirmation email.<br> <br> Called Samsung customer care to find out what's going on. They give me this number for I media in Durban. All I get is send an email and copy this Craig guy in. Got no acknowledgement or reply to my email. <br> <br> Does this promotion actually exist or is this a lure tactic to up your sales on launch day? <br> <br> I'm sure the Consumer Goods Council will love to hear about this. I would've expected more from a big brand like Samsung.
