False advertising and misleading communication

I would like to warn other customers not to trust Samsung. After a day of ups and downs going on an advert which had no terms and conditions included I was told that my TV would be repaired free of charge due to durban storm damage and a job card was logged. I was extremely excited as this TV was my pride and joy and had a line down the center of it after the storm. I was assured that it would be fixed free of charge telephonic all with no mention of a possibility that it would not be repaired nor any terms and conditions, even with me mentioning a line was prominent down the center of the screen. A technician promptly came to my house and stated that while the TV had been damaged by the storm, Samsung was not covering screens. This was a complete shock to me as I had described the issue and was never told that it may not be covered by the offer. I then called back to speak to the consultant from the morning whom had said my TV would be repaired free of charge but could not get hold of him so I spoke to another consultant who also seemed unsure why my unit was not prepared and offered to update my ticket for follow up. When I asked directly whether screens were not covered as the technician had said I was given a vague answer. I was then called back and told for the first time that there were terms and conditions associated with the offer. I was also told this was advertised on radio and terms and conditions apply was stated but there is no reference as to where you can find these supposed terms and conditions. As a loyal Samsung customer having a galaxy s8, 13kg washing machine and a double door fridge with water and ice maker, I feel completely disgusted with the service I have received. I have been completely mislead by Samsung who wasted my time and phone calls today, as well as upsetting me intensely by this experience. Based on this I will not be replacing any of my appliances with Samsung going forward and will encourage others to do the same - informing them of the false promises Samsung operates by.
