FALSE ADVERTISING AND ****MING PEOPLE!!!!!!!

I am SO dissapointed with Samsung. I bought two phone on contract (1 with Vodacom and1 with MTN) during a promotional period where if you get the phone you get wireless earbuds and a watch free from Samsung. I followed all the prompts to submit my proof of the contract purchases and I do not get any feedback. I have to follow up everytime on my promotional gift and eventually received a reply saying the device was purchased outside the promotional period (IT WAS NOT) I don't care how much you got away with this false advertising but you won't get it right with me. The only reason I even bought one of the phones was because of the free gifts so get bak to me ASAP, I want what was advertised!!!!!!
