False Advertising?

In December my husband and I bought a fridge from Samsung at a Game store, being promised high and low by the in-store Samsung representative that we will qualify for this buy and get deal. We sent the sms's and got the congratulatory sms and end of January we phoned to book our weekend away in April. They promised us they just need three weeks. After 4 weeks I call and they promise we will hear from them about the booking in the next week. Nothing. 2 weeks later I sent an email to the queries email and I get no response. two weeks later the same...no response. I phone again and again they promise I will hear from them in the next week (we are already in end March at this point and the weekend away is the 1st of April) nothing! I call on the 24th of March and hold the line for 30min then they drop my call. I phone samsung and I was very upset... just for them to give me a false email address that does not exist! Today is the 26th, we are supposed to go away on the 1st of April. PLEASE TELL ME IF THIS IS ACCEPTABLE? ARE YOU GOING TO AVOID US FOREVER AND GO BACK ON YOUR PROMISES AFTER TAKING OUR MONEY??? AFTER WE DID OUR PART LONG IN ADVANCE?? WE'RE SICK OF SERVICE LIKE THIS!
