False advertising
2 years ago i first posted regarding Samsung Cellular. I must report that my sterelising phone cleaner has still not been delivered. Wow great service right. They have done absolutely nothing. The Note 20 which I purchased is also a disappointment. Luckily I have just a year to go and it's buy buy Samsung, hello Apple. I reiterate that SAMSUNG USE FALSE ADVERTISING TO PROMOTE THEIR PRODUCTS. I an forming a group, consisting of interested parties with the same false promises from samsung, and we will in due course be submitting these statements to the advertising board. And please Samsung, if you even bother to answer. DONT POST THE STANDARD AUTOMATED NONSENSE YOU PIST FOR EVERY CIMPLAINT.
