False advertising.

I bought my note 20 5g and was promised a Free promo Tv, Expressly if i buy the phone.

I claiming online and since then i have been emailing for the last 4 months doing follow-ups, phoming but no one takes me seriously, i keep getting told that the marketing team is handling it and that they have emailed a follow up on there side. but over 12 times now and over 3 months ago, so samsung employers dont seem to read there internal emails?

I have over 35 emailed back and to samsung now Samsung has blocked their emails and refuses to assist me.
