False advertising

Dear Samsung<br> <br> WHAT A DISAPOINTMENT you guys are. Ive been purchasing your cell phones because I was told Samsung phones come with 2 FREE screen repairs I love Samsung and I always give your products accreditation to others because of this reason . 2 years ago I purchased the S3, when the screen cracked I took it in and was told the 2 FREE screen repairs only comes into effect after the S3 models.2 weeks ago I bought the S4 mini, with a protective cover on it, it fell from the bed and cracked the screen inside. Yesterday I went to one of your stores to take it in for repairs, first of all your staff is lazy and rude, secondly they told me not all models come out with the 2 FREE screen repairs and it would cost me R1800 to fix a phone worth R3000??????are you guys crazy? Firstly how can you charge us as customers more than half the price of a phone? secondly why dont your staff selling your products alert the customers that NOT ALL your products comes with the 2 free screen repairs???False advertising and everyone should know that! I want my phone fixed, I refuse to pay that ridiculous amount! when the cellphone was bought they said it comes with the 2 FREE screen repairs!!!???
