False advertising.

This advertising on the note 9 samsung is a load of bull they advertise that you get a welcome pack of a tripod, cordless charger and a hdmi cable I upgraded to the note 9 early in september at vodashop east rand mall. wanted to upgrade to I phone x and was convinced by the sales people to take the note 9, with promises of the wellcome pack ect. Almost a month and a half later no complamentary pack. Went back to the store the sales man gave a E mail adress I must E mail my particulars to, sop@ celcom.co.za they did not even acknowledged my E mail that was two weeks ago, today 11/10/2018 phoned vodacom they say it is a samsung promotion they can not help me. Phoned the store the lady said she will get the store manager to get back to me, after I said I was going to return the phone as I do not want it any more, no one came back to me.
