FALSE ADVERTI*****T & NO WATERPROOF ON SAMSUNG A5

After my run this past weekend, my phone went off as it previously did. Took it to Samsung in Park Lane (Century City), and I was informed that I should go to the Canal Walk Store as they do not do book-ins... they merely repair. I was shocked because I have dropped my phone there before. So I wasted my time, and went to Canal Walk store, and I was informed that the phone has liquid inside and thats an exclusion to the warranty. I found this extremely upsetting because Samsung advertises the phone (A5 2017) as being water proofed! I merely ran with the phone in the pocket, how bad could it be. The lady informed me that they will charge me a cost which is equivalent to buying a new phone to fix it. I do not understand why false-advertise and then tell people that no they must incur costs when it's time to be accountable for your product???????
