False Adverti*****t!!!!!!
Most appalling services and they false advertise!
The launch of the Samsung Galaxy S9 was recent and with upgrades/contracts it status BLACK AND WHITE that the offer is valid till the 31 March 2018!!!
I am disgusted with the sales rep in South Africa and I have proof of this document stating what extra's they give to customers!

Till today, 27/03/2018, and yet no one has made any effort to contact me. If this is the service that i am receiving why would I even be further interested to keep my phone.
To have a sales rep tell me that they cannot do anything as they have the promo to the 15/03/2018. However, as mentioned before the leaflet has is printed that offer is valid till the 31/03/2018.
You would think, that your client/customer is correct especially when there is proof of this and yet the Samsung rep cannot do anything about it! Absolutely ridiculous!
