**** BRAND, **** PRODUCT, **** PROMISES!

I bought my Samsung galaxy Note 3 in December 2013. It started giving me problems by doing something called deregistering from Network - can't make or receive calls or network. I took it back to the store I bought it from and they sent it to Samsung who returned it as fixed. It began doing the same thing every now and then. I sent a message on their facebook page and some people said it happens to Samsung devices and they had to change to other phones. The problem is I bought my Note3 at R8000 cash and it was an investment I made only to learn the phone has a fault from the manufacture.

When I take to be looked into both by Vodacom - since it's a vodacom phone- and technicians I get the same result. It is now over two years and it's a frustrtaion when the phone deregisters from network and is useless especially in emergency situations. When I took it to Samsung Midrand Mall of Africa early this year the technician said he would charge me becuase it is out of the 2 year waranty period. But I notified Samsung when the phone was still within waranty and no one could ever resolve it. Now I'm stuck with this piece of junk that's made me to hate this brand. Now I never want to buy another Samsung brand AGAIN!
