Failure to pay claims ****med by Samsung guy and get! They are a company who lies to consumers and fails to prossess claims almost 6 months in

01 May 2024, 16:47Thank you very much , I had lodged the initial claim with Samsung buy and get and they told me my partner must lodge the claim as we had purchased the washer dryer with his card, we are awaiting for the correct pin to be sent to his number so we redeem the benefits that came with Samsung buy and get promotion of a machine purchased at Hirsch Milnerton in Cape Town, my partners name is Amaan Phiri with cell no *** and our claim number is 1158 if I’m correct, last email came from ***, they are no longer responding to the emails and it’s difficult reaching them on the phone. I’ve had to go in store for such purposes.
