Failure to deliver
Do not buy anything from Samsung online store because you will regret it. Their take forever to deliver and the customer service is bad. Bought a phone on the start of September still haven't got it. What's more suspicious is that after I called to cancel my order and being told my phone is being shipped 2 minutes later I got a call saying they are here to deliver. I rejected the order and hopefully I'll get my refund. Will never buy another Samsung product.
