Factory faulty tv.
I bought a Samsung tv series 7 in October 2012 for R15k and I was told I won’t need to buy another tv for a long time I’ll just need to buy an evolution kit. To my surprise the tv didn’t last even 4 months there were problems. The tv had black lines on the screen. Fortunately the tv was still under warranty so they came and changed the screen. Well just when the tv was out of Warranty 2015 the same problem appeared again. I communicated with Aatish and Sifiso about the problem and I expressed my concern that the black lines of the screen were just symptoms of the problem they had to find the root cause since the same problem came back. They offered to buy my tv for R2k provided I buy a new Samsung tv. I rejected it because it didn’t sit well with me . I kept the tv because I liked it 2019 I managed to have the screen changed , 3 months later the same problem came back so I personally feel the tv initially had a factory fault and I feel ****** my R15k .
