Extremely Disappointed with Samsung Promotions – No Communication & No Gifts!

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy A55 from MTN on 28 November 2024, and was told I needed to claim my free promotional gifts from Samsung. I submitted my claim on the same day, and it was approved, but over a month later, I still have not received anything!

I have tried calling the promotions department multiple times, waiting for over 30 minutes on two separate occasions, with no response. I also emailed them, but no one has bothered to reply. The lack of communication is beyond frustrating.

Samsung is a big brand, yet their customer service and promotions team have been completely unresponsive. What’s the point of offering promotions if customers never receive their gifts?

If you're thinking of claiming a Samsung promotion, be prepared to wait indefinitely with no updates or support. I regret trusting this process, and I sincerely hope they improve their service because right now, it’s a complete disaster!
