Extremely disapointing false advertising

My partner and I signed up for the S23 double-storage deal via Telkom on 14 Feb. The advertised deal involved trading-in our old handsets and getting a 512GB S23 ultra with a free Galaxy Tab6.

Almost a month later I am still awaiting this tablet. Moreover due to a chronic lack of stock while I received my handset, my partner was forced to settle for a 256GB phone and no tablet.

BOTH of our orders were placed well within the qualifying period for the deal. Samsung however has chosen in the interim to discontinue the deal as there is no stock of the 512GB phone.

Not only is this false advertising but extremely disappointing especially given that we are avid Samsung fans. Through no fault of our own, we've been prejudiced and given a lesser deal with no recourse.

At this stage we are considering abandoning the Samsung brand altogether as there's no point in showing customer loyalty in the face of such flagrant dishonesty.

We have since been informed by Ebrahim Omar who ostensibly works at Samsung that since we failed to complete the deal within the time period that we have no recourse? This is completely unfair and dishonest as we placed our orders and met the deal requirements far in advance. Samsung has simply chosen not to honour the deal as its more convenient for them to do so in the face of their stock mismanagement.
