So Samsung proudly advertises their \free"screen repair and water damage!! *******!!<br> I took my daughter's Samsung S4 in to replace a damaged screen.<br> The phone has some wear and tear and the silver ridges or sides has some slight damage that doesn't have any negative impact on the phone.<br> Now Samsung repair shop in 14th Avenue JHB lets me know that I have to pay to have the damage repaired on the silver ridges/ sides of the phone at a cost BEFORE they replace the screen!!<br> I have read their Terms and conditions and at NO stage to they stipulate that they (Samsung) will ONLY replace the screen ONLY if you pay for the repair of other damages!<br> ******ion/ ********* Samsung!!!"""
