Excellet Service

After I spend three hours going between the one Vodacom Shop to the other just to get someone to assist me with my Samsung cellphone repairs and out of desperation I went to the Samsung Outlet at Mall of the South. They immediately assisted me, guided me what to do and took in my cellphone for repairs. Since then i have been getting a progress report from them once a day advising the progress on my cell phone. Well done, being part of SA you are not used to this type of service any more. Thank you, I appreciate!
