Excellent staff and service

<p>I have had a problem with my TV being stuck in the setup mode and phoned into your call centre today. I spoke with a lady named Milly and I must commend her. Her polite efficient manner was admirable. Her telephone ettiquette and soft s****s as well as personalising the call was top notch. She promptly made a service booking for me and kept me informed at all times as to what she was doing. I have managed call centre environments for many years and staff like her are a huge asset and wonderful reflection on the Samsung brand. It has been an absolute pleasure to deal with her and she has made me happy to have chosen Samsung products.</p>
