excellent service recieved !

I am still bitter about the whole experience I had dealing with Samsung repair store at 14th Avenue branch and don't know if i should remain a loyal customer because of the extent i had to go through, However I would like to compliment Sthembiso Kunene for his outstanding service that he has provided from the Samsung Call Centre, in getting my matter dealt with promptly and efficiently. i was extremely frustrated waiting two and a half weeks for a repair and struggling to communicate with the 14th avenue branch. Sthembiso went out of his way on \FIRST\" contact with him to e-mail the staff responsible and even included me in the mail so that i could see something was at least being done about my complaint, which is greatly appreciated to see someone take my call seriously as a client. Just because he kept me in the loop I had no reason to take the matter further which i had full intention of doing and ended up not being as upset as what i was.He also followed up until the end not just leaving loose ends. He is a great asset to your company and deserves recognition for his service . i can also confirm i have my phone back and it is repaired."
