Excellent service
I recently shattered my phones screen and called in to samsung, i spoke to matshepiso. This lady was so helpful, efficient actually. The overall service I received from samsung adh was more than what i expected. I received a loan handset and got updates as the repair was done, not to mention that all these repairs were free of charge. I'm overly inpressed!!!!
