Excellent Customer & Claim Support Service

I wish to give my heartfelt appreciation to Samsung Service Center. On 14th October my Samsung 7 exploded from nowhere. I contacted Samsung Center and was assisted by a consultant by the name of Beauty. I had the phone replaced with a Samsung 10 and all happened within 5 days. Thank you so much for everything and i will always recommend Samsung Brand. I also wish to thank Mr.John Houston who assisted to ensure that my claim was resolved efficiently.
