eVoucher not recieved

I have pre-ordered Note 20 Ultra and never received the eVoucher for R4000 to date called the customer care number multiple time and given multiple TAT’s 7 working days, that turned to 48 hours than 24 hours.

The latest excuse is that the marketing department is delaying and customer service doesn’t know when SMS will be sent all they can do is to send an email to advise them I called to enquire.

Sent an email to the "complaint" department ***

No one bothered to attend to my quiry and consultants i speak to all tell me the same story of them sending an email escalation.
