Empty Samsung reward promises

Samsung advertised a special where if you buy their Galaxy S21 FE, you will receive a free A7 Tab. This persuaded me to get that Samsung phone over another brand I wanted to buy. Once purchased I have submitted all the neccesary documentation for this free award before promotion ended and received confirmation that my reward claim was succesfully accepted. I received reference number and they promused the Galaxy A7 Tab has been allocated and will be delivered by courier in the next few days (6). Almost 6 weeks later and I received nothing. Calling the Samsung ssa partners help line also dont help as you only get excuses, that is if they even answer.Emails are also not answered. I did not expect to get such poor service from a well known brand like Samsung and wonder if I will ever get my promotional reward that I qualified for and which they confirmed has been allocated to me
