Empty Promises
I have purchased two Samsung Galaxy A55 with Bluetooth earphones and a Fit 3 watch. I have received one pair and the other has not arrived in two months. I asked Samsung to please find my delivery, their reply was it was my problem. I have already made many complaints about this, and still have not received any help from Samsung. I have checked and all my details were correct and I have even received an email stating my claim was sent. Now one wants to be of service for it is an effort for Samsung to deliver packages to their clients, they use bad couriers and offer no help on WhatsApp. Perhaps they will help if I complain here.

I think will return my phone and end the contract as Samsung is incapable of taking responsibility for the promises they make and not delivering, it was great to give me a call, but no one rep**** to me ever since on this matter. Do you perhaps have a job for me, I will work from home and you can pay me too for doing nothing.
