EMPTY PROMISES BY SAMSUNG

Been waiting for a Samsung Screen Protector for my S6Edge since April. Endless calls, tweets, FB message, and all you get is empty promises. I bought this phone and cant protect it. And Samsung cannot communicate. And please don't tell me to buy a generic cover... as they do not work... how can you bring out a high priced item and not give me the option to protect it. Is this a **** so that you can make more money out of me as it will need to be repaired more often? So will you refund me the full purchase price of the S6 Edge as well as the money I spent on screen covers that was recommended by you and did not work?
