Empty Promises

Samsung surely SUCKS. I logged my complaint below a month ago . I got a call from a call Centre agent that promised to call back and I am still waiting.My son have a Samsung S4 on contract with Telkom. Earlier this year he had problems with the phone whereby the battery got all swollen and his was not able to use it . I bought a new battery and now we are sitting with the same problem.I am disgusted in this . I called into the call center and was told the battery last for up to 6 months. I will never buy a Samsung product again and think that they a ******* and just out to make money.
