Employees at Samsung deserve the 5 star rating

I recently complained about my Samsung Top-loader washing machine on Hellopeter and I was pleasantly surprised by the results. Within hours a most friendly and helpful lady called me from Samsung Head Office and assured me from the start that was going to sort out my problem today. She did just that. I forgot her name now but I wish I could name her and award the 5 star rating to her. The world needs a lot more people like her and Samsung is privileged to have such an efficient, friendly and helpful person. A person who does her job with distinction. As for Samsung, the Technician who attended to my repair also deserves mention for exceptional workmanship. As for me, what I learnt that as a consumer/customer, we should not be afraid to engage with suppliers on the Hellopeter platform. In my case, I believe the washing machine had a design fault as the Technician knew exactly what to replace. And it was not replacing old with new, it was replacing the wrong spare part with the right spare part. Something like when motor vehicle manufacturers recall a certain model to replace a designer fault item (e.g. airbag or something). Lessons learnt.Thank you for this platform Hellopeter.
