EDUCATE YOURSELF BEFORE BUYING SAMSUNG PRODUCTS!!

After writing several complaints about Samsung SA on Hello Peter,and you wont believe what response I got!!!??I was told that i should have EDUCATED myself before I bought the unit!Now I need to know who will educate me if the Samsung staff are not educated on their own product because I was also referred to Samsungs service center by one of their branches who also didn't know that the A series are not covered under the ADH???I then asked Khanyi why some customers can benefit from the ADH and others not and she told me that its not about the customer and the customer is not benefiting but the DEVICE is!Now you tell me who pays for the device and who operates the device???Or does the device pay itself and operate itself???she also told me that the devices that are covered under ADH are devices that are made from different materials(in other words stronger)than that of the rest.They won't cover the devices that they know are more fragile because then they would have more claims.The devices covered under the ADH are less likely to damage than the ones not covered!
