easy set up

i bought a samsung m2020w printer . it is suppose to be a easy setup wireless printer to use from devices like your tablet . it is not !!!!!! i have been a huge fan of samsung all my life . my first ever samsung product was little big max hifi . i now have everything samsung tv computer tablet phone microwave video cam . after the experience i had at the samsung direct store in eastgate and now the mission with the setup of the printer . i doubt that i will further support samsung .
