Earbuds promotion ****
I upgraded my contract on 16 April 2023 and by 18 April I had already sent the documents for the earbuds promotion. I received the congratulations email. And since then I haven't seen any earbuds pro. It is said they will be delivered between 7 to 14 days. It's almost a month later and nothing. My emails are not getting any response. Samsung is just lying to its customers to upgrade and only for them to not deliver on their promises.
Am really disappointed In them since I am a huge fan. If you are waiting for the earbuds just know you will not receive them until they say the promotion has ended.
