Earbud promotion failure

Please advise when I will be contacted regarding below, you said you would be in contact, I'm still waiting....

28 Apr 2021, 12:30 Earbud promotion failure The saga continues:

After having lodged my claim for the Samsung buds on 8 March I finally received them on 21 April, a month and a half later versus the 14 working day promise.

But guess what - they sent me pink earbuds when my S21 phone is black!

- I contact the call centre last week and spoke to Nomsa who promised to get back to me in 48hrs which she didn't - I tried to call her today, 96 hours later, but after waiting 10 minutes to get hold of her the call centre agent said he would get Nomsa to call me. I'm not holding my breath.

- This is an exasperating process, I have much better things to do with my time but this kind of service is ridiculous and needs to be corrected. Samsung is a well resourced organisation and should be doing better.

Samsung customer care please step in here and help expedite this process.

Reviewer Update
Samsung has now contacted me and said that they won't exchange the earbuds as they have run out of stock. It feels like they have ****** R30,000 from me (the cost of my new cellphone contract) as the only reason I upgraded was to get the free earbuds and I now have earbuds I can't use.

I want to reverse the whole contract and get my money back but Vodacom says the issue is with non-delivery on Samsung's part so I must take it up with Samsung not them.

Absolutely disgusting the deception used by Samsung to make a sale and then not deliver. Why must I foot the bill for their non-de;ivery?
