E voucher off R4000
Good day I upgraded on 21 August 2020 to a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra G5 with an E voucher off R4000 rand so I said I would like to have the ear buds after calls and emails I send they send a email on the 24th June saying they will send me the ear buds on the 15th July I called them again wanted to know when can I expect delivery only to received an email few minutes later that I won't be receiving my ear buds because off the E Voucher has expired it is almost a year that I have been waiting for my ear buds this isn't my fault and I am definitely not happy and because off this I will never support Samsung again all my cellphones were Samsung I am so disappointed
