Dud phone

The word \ dud\" means : 1. A thing that fails to work properly or is unsatisfactory / faulty.<br> <br> I received my upgrade. The first thing the phone could not create a pop3 email account. Its a work phone, so sleepless night trying to make this work. I wrote on Samsung Facebook page for help, they said to write email ... by the time they did that, I had already downloaded an app that does work (the Samsung app didnt).<br> <br> Then already annoyed with this phone, I do see that the display is dull. The specs say its awesome ...<br> <br> I did make calls and noted that it sounded INTERMITTENDLY as though the other person is outside in wind but accepted it so because I really live in a windy place. Until I phoned the call centre ,,, that guy is on a landline!<br> <br> I noted the miss calls increase ... I thought maybe I didnt hear the phone as I'm using a new ringtone. Then I discover that I sit next to the phone and I just get sms that there was miss call. I put this down to network issue. It is actually the device.<br> <br> In looking for solution time passed and now past the 7 day out of box failure even tho I complained the 1st day, Samsung wants to give me a refurbished phone. The phone is 2 weeks old.<br> <br> No way!<br> "
