Don't waist your money on a samsung phone

I have been a Samsung fan for 14years, my phones TV's and computer screens are all from Samsung BUT THAT DAYS ARE OVER. I will advise anybody considering buying a new cell phone to forget about a Samsung device. The quality of the phones is just not wat it uses to be. And after contacting Samsung over 10 times in the past few weeks and emailing costumers service numerous times they just don’t care they don’t offer any help. I wanted to help them fix the problem and get their devices back to standard but no response what so ever, asking to talk to the managers I get cut off from the Samsung costumer service line or they are not available. I will advise anybody to not waist their money on a Samsung mobile phone there are many other options for less money and quality Samsung can’t compete with
