Bought a tv from theire store and day 2 tv broke they refuse to help me and sugest its a usb or hdmi cable that broke only half of the back lid led's. Whilw nothing was ever connected on that tv.

Its day 4 and samsung is still refusing to admit that my tv is broken.

Dont buy from there store use a retailer atleast you can take it back and ask your money back.

All that your escalations department did is ask for order number and that if i have any other questions i should call them. that was a automatic reply by a bot.
This is totally unacceptable you should contact me to pay back the money i spend on this faulty product.

Any person thinking of buying from Samsung store should seriously reconsider as they refuse to accept that first of there is an issue, secondly there is no-one to be held accountable should there be an issue. best you could hope for is a reply from a automated bot.

Here is their PM message to me.(The issue has been logged with our Voice of Customer Advisor under the reference number: *** , we will investigate and be in contact with you. ^NM)

Needless to state but they never contacted me.

Today is the 4th of August and still waiting on Samsung. Any person thinking of doing business with samsung e-store, stay away rather buy from a retail store and only if you want a tv to breakdown after 11 hours after you pluged it in.

My experience the last 2 weeks.
Bought the TV 21 July.
Got the TV 26 July
27 July half of the LED back light stop working.
28 July reported it and asked for replacement.
29 July got a reply that said un-plug usb and try again. I could not reply as a bot send that mail (no usb was ever connected to the tv btw). I informed Samsung again.
30 July i again informed Samsung of the issue.
31 July i phoned customer services send photos to them after 20 min they said they cant help me i should phone e-store.
1 August got hold of e-store that said they are coming to collect the tv and pay me back after inspection.
Today is the 4 August and still nothing. I paid for a TV 14 days ago and could use it for 11 Hours and wat is stopping samsung from collecting the tv and not paying me back?

Please stop supporting a company that clearly lost touch with their customers.

(Samsungs PM : Please take a look at the email that was dispatched to you from ***********. Your inquiry has been elevated with the reference number: **********. ^:NP)
They love putting words like "elevated or escalated" in their messages but nothing happens its actually comical Samsung is worse than a government institution when they delivered a defective product. Back tracking like a politician. using words to make you feel "listened to" but actually they just want your money and cant accept that their products are defective.

I sincerely hope everybody thinking of buying a samsung product reads this messages.
I've counted the amount of reference numbers and we are at 13. lets see how long does it takes samsung to collect their defective product and pay my money back.

The worst part of it is they have pictures of the faulty screen and informed me that they will be collecting the tv and only when its at their store then they will pay me back. is that even right I paid for the tv and received it 7 days later. Why cant we do that in reverse this time around?
