DONT TRUST SAMSUNG

This is with such disappointed that I have to write yet another review. DONT BUY SAMSUNG!! After reviewing my case SAMSUNG cannot do anything.THEIR APPROVED TECHNICIANS broke my appliance. It was NEGLIGENCE!!and now I am face with was the problem and the bill. There was NO mechanical problem but after 3 months it is now determined by them. The technician that misdiagnosed the problem was sent out for a final review and he stripped the appliance from 6:30pm to 8pm(working on their own time).A hefty to call out fee is charged on booking and as a customer we should be treated with fairness. I cannot believe that their Director MR Jackson(MMAll electronics) has stated that this was not his problem (in a nutshell)and its like taking a car to a mechanic!!! VERY Disappointed!!!
