Don't support samsung. Bunch of ****!!!

Samsung is nothing but a bunch of *****!!! So I downloaded the samsung plus and samsung plus rewards. Built up my points to over 4000 to redeem it for vouchers. I bought my vouchers. Bought 1 voucher for R200 groceries voucher and another R100 grocery voucher and also a R100 food and travel voucher. Samsung was supposed to send me an email with my voucher details. Now its been a week with no voucher details. Spoke to samsung staff who adviced me to call the customer care centers. Who bounced me from one agent to the other and one number to the other to call. Was even informed to use their whatsapp number but got nowhere. Send an inquiry on the samsung plus rewards page even but never got anywhere. Then I was told suppliers where out of stock and by monday it will be sorted and I will receive my emails by some of their staff in the shops but now yet its tuesday and no vouchers was send. Funny how one week later and how many calls and complaints and promises and yet never got my vouchers. Deleted the apps now and will never support samsung again. Will also never buy samsung phones ever again. Will tell everyone I know about their lies and bad service. Well done samsung. Spend so many years supporting you and only buying your phones but yet this is how you lie to your customers and treat your customers. Very bad service and you people are a disgrace. From now on you lost a client who will make sure you loose more clients since I will make sure to advice everyone how bad you people are
