Don't get a Samsung with promotional extras
Hi I am so fed up already with samsung and trying to get hold of someone to short this problem out. In February 2022 I upgraded to the samsung s21fe with a free tablet. On the 2nd of March 2022 I got a email with a Ref Number that my claim was approved. There has been no further contact with me I have tried call holding on for 20min at a time listening to music no one answers. I have emailed many of times and still get no feedback. I would not recommend samsung with free promotional stuff to anyone.

01 Apr 2022, 15:17Okay but this does still not answer me why nobody answers the phone calls or response to my emails and if it is a production and shipping delays why doesn't anyone contact a person or offer anything else you have available to replace this item. How does this became my problem so I am paying for something I don't have
