Don't fall for Samsung's free gift deals

Please don't fall for the promotion of buying any phone and getting something for free, itt has been 6 month after I got by note 20 and waz supposed to get a TV for free, phined them 8 times and each time another storie, today I had enough, Samsung and Vodacom stores work togethet to push there products but never follow through when you signed, force you to take something as the deal seems good, pathetic unreliable service, thry never phone you back, they only care about the money they make and not keeping a customer happy, customer servive poor very bad, DON'T GO FOR THE DEALS you never get the free gift!!!!
