Dont expect after sales service from Samsung

My Samsung washing machine was leaking water and needed a service i was at Eastgate and popped into the Store to ask where I can refer this to and was handed a slip with the Samsung smart centre's address and tel number. Although I tried phoning several times the line was unanswered or gave a busy signal- as `i was desperate- I took the machine to the address from Edenvale to Weltevreden/ Constantia park. Only to be told that they do not service washing machines and gave me another service number to phoneI, i waited 15 minutes for the call to be answered- was asked numerous questions and then given a reference number and asked to phone a service repair shop in Germiston. I phoned them-only to be told that they do not service washing machines! Eish- I will source my own repair man and be careful not to be Samsung again
