Dont ever buy a Samsung fridge!!

Samsung has the worst customer services I have ever experienced! I had purchased a Samsung Fridge (Model: RL67VCPN1/XFA) and never expected so many problems from a 'supposedly' frost free fridge. It would fill with water, ice up, go warm, make loud noises and between Samsung technicians and private repairmen, no one knew how to fix it to last longer than a few months before needing another repair.

Quite a few private repairmen had told me that these types of Samsung fridges were always problematic and that I made a big mistake by buying it in the first place but Samsung would never admit it and just kept charging me more money to come out and look at it. Within a few years I have spent more on repairs than the actual cost of the fridge. I will never purchase another Samsung appliance EVER and I urge everyone to stay far away from this brand, from their shoddy products and their pathetic service!
