DONT BUY SAMSUNG TV'S

I bought a 49"uhd tv on the 23 Nov 2018 then on the 22 Dec while watching tv a crack appear on the inside on the left side o the tv whith me or anyone else touching it.I contacted samsung and they've send a technician who then had one look at the tv and said its physical damage therefore the warranty is voided, I NEVER TOUCH THE TV so the hell can it be physical damage. When i asked him he is not gonna open the tv to check if something might have caused it rom the inside he just no its cracked screen and the cause cant be from the inside eventhou the crack is on the inside. When i contacted the call centre again they told me the technician said its physical damage and thats that. BTW i was quote over R7000 for the repair where as i paid only R7000 for the tv, What a Joke. I suspect im fighting a loosing battle with Samsung i guess it to the Consumer complaints for me. Oh and i did some research online about tv's getting cracks on the inside without being touch and there is a lot o complaints about it happening to others.
