DON'T BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS!!!!

My Samsung Galaxy S7 cellphone was dropped by accident and the screen cracked. I took it in to be repaired at the Samsung Service Centre in the Grove Shopping Centre and was told the longest I would wait was 7 days for a repair. This was done on 26 October 2017 today is 7 November. I phone them everyday on the progress and everyday I'm told that their stock has not been delivered. (Just to make it clear up until today I have not received any form of communication from them, I am doing all of the following up wor****) I cant believe that there is such few incidence of cracked screens that they cant have stock readily available. Most of my appliances are Samsung can you imagine how long I will have to wait for those bigger less in demand spares! I'm done with Samsung! My appliances needs replacement and I will go to any other brand but will never buy Samsung again! I'm also telling all of my friends Family and acquaintances to look at other brands because of the very poor after sale service!
