Don't buy any Samsung Products
Don't buy any Samsung Products if you expect any form of after-sales service. It's totally non-existent. Repeated calls to the Samsung call centre *** are a waste of time. All you get is empty promises that someone will contact you or email you. When asking for a line manager, the call gets cut off. when a day is scheduled, they don't turn up, nor do they make any contact. Disgusting service. Samsung should pack up and leave ZA.
