dont answer my calls

Took my phone in for a quote was told I will have a quote in 1 to 2 working days. Its been a week I haven't even received a reference number I have tried their landline and all it does I ring. I called the call centre and explained the issue they asked me for the number I was calling then put me through once I started ringing and when no one answered dropped my call. Do I now drive the 50 km to find out what is going on?
