DONE WITH SAMSUNG AND THEIR ****TY PRODUCTS.

I have never experience such bad quality brand such as samsung, a friend of mine warned me not to purchase Samsung products. But I did not listen because I believed in Samsung. I regret listening to myself and not my friend. My digital inverter samsung washing machine lasted me less than 3 years. I have products from different brands that lasted longer, like hisense for example. Never in a million years expected this from samsung.

But they lost a client and going forth, I will not recommend them or their products to anyone. Not to mention their bad customer service, you can hear in their voices that they don't give a **** about their customers. Voice of the customer means nothing.

I will buy me brand new washing machine and will not be samsung.
