Don't upgrade your software

My new Samsug S7 Edge notified me that there was a software upgrade that I need to down load.

So when I was connected to my wi-fi I started the down load.

The first attemp timed out, but I completed the download and installation on the second attempt.

Now I cant connect to any WI-fi.

I took it in to Samsung, near Century City, and they said that the problem is on the motherboard and that it will cost me alot of money for the repairs. They said that because the first atempt to down load the new software did not complete that it fried the wi-fi part on the motherboard when it did the installation.

So now I purchase an aditional 3 gigs of data every month because I cant connect to my wi-fi.

Well lets see how long it takes for them to get back to me on this.

Im hoping its not just a automatic response for people to see and then they dont do anything.

And now I see there is another software update, lets hope somthing else doesnt stop working this time. Otherwise Ill end up having an I-Phone with all these issues.

Still have not heard anything from SamsungSA, since their response on the 22 June 2017.

Thats what happens when you let a computer auto respond to any complain.

Still nothing from Samsung. Looks like the only way to fix a Samsung problem is to replace it with a different brand.
