Don't run promotions if you cant action them

It has been a week since my first complaint regarding the Samsung Buy & Get promotions. Since then I have not received any form of communication from the Buy & Get team whatsoever. Do not run promotions is you do not have the proper controls and staff to process it. We bought a Samsung Dishwasher to receive a return flight. From what I have seen I doubt that we will ever receive what was promised to us.
